We wrote 6 songs anew and took 2 songs off of demo rearranged them and made them even better. We invited along two friends Domen Justin (Dyz) and Tim Draksler who contributed a few solos.”

2 sierpnia w Krakowie odbędzie się koncerty ku czci Glenna Danziga pod hasłem Dirty Black Summer Ensemble. Gwiazdą wieczoru będzie, występujący po raz pierwszy w Polsce kwartet z kraju Nokii i Impaled Nazarene, fińska Routakehä . Zespół uprawiający popierniczony alternative/thrash/death/heavy metal tego lata odbywa mini tour obejmujący oprócz Polski również koncerty w Serbii, na Słowacji i krajach bałtyckich. Poza zagranicznymi gośćmi w czwartkowy wieczór wystąpią krakowskie formacje: Forgotten Souls, Interior Of Death oraz Serpent Wings. Coś dla siebie znajdą zwolennicy black metalu, death metalu czy wszelako rozumianych industrialno-alternatywnych odmian gatunku.

UWAGA! Zmianie uległo miejsce koncertu! Zamiast w "Kazamatach", impreza odbędzie się w kultowym już w niektórych kręgach klubie "KOTKAROLA", mieszczącym się przy Rynku Głównym 6 w Krakowie (tuż obok salonu Empik). Liczymy, że nowe miejsce, którego nazwa nieodparcie nasuwa skojarzenia z "wampirem z Krakowa" przypadnie do gustu bywalcom metalowych koncertów.

Niestety z przyczyn niezależnych od organizatorów nie wystąpi zapowiadany wcześniej, niemiecki Ctulu. Zamiast tego mamy ciekawą atrakcję. Do każdego zakupionego biletu dokładamy za free CD zespołu Routakehä. Ilość płyt jest ograniczona, więc radzimy przybyć punktualnie. kto pierwszy, ten lepszy.

Kim jest Szymon Czech?
Szymon Czech jest producentem, inżynierem dźwięku ale także muzykiem  i multiinstrumentalistą. Nyia, Third Degree, Antigama, Prophecy - to tylko część zespołów, w których występował. Odpowiadał za brzmienie - kręcąc gałami w studiu lub produkując płyty m.in. takich zespołów jak Riverside, Yattering, Massemord, Christ Agony, Masachist, Non Opus Dei, UnSun, Rootwater czy Vesania. Szymon jest także naszym Przyjacielem, współpracował ze wszystkimi zespołami, które zobaczycie w Sfinksie. Pod koniec ubiegłego roku wykryto u Szymka złośliwy nowotwór mózgu. Po udanej operacji wycięcia guza  nastąpił niestety nawrót choroby. Porztrzebne mu nasze wsparcie! Dochód ze sprzedaży biletów zostanie przekazany na dalsze leczenie i rehabilitację Szymona.

Sicker, stronger, faster than ever!!!

Those who are familiar with the 80's underground metal scene have already undoubtly heard of this band that was among the most promising & interesting ones!  Nevertheless, like many others, they never got the chance to catch a deal and after three now-cult/classic demos ("Prime Evil" in '87, "The Manifestation" in '88 and "Industry" in '90), a 7"EP ("Terminal Dementia" in '92) released on RAGE records, the band disbanded, leaving hordes of maniacs worldwide wanting more...

2002.. King Fowley (DECEASED, OCTOBER 31) released the whole band's discography on a CD compilation called "Unearthed" on his label BATTLEZONE Records...

The response to this release was great, proving the band was not forgotten and still much appreciated after these years...

2011, almost 10 years after this last release, the band reunited with their classic line-up (Andy EICHHORN on vocals, Mike USIFER & Gary DAY on guitars, Mary CIULLO on Bass and Todd GUKELBERGER on Drums) and together gave a couple of live-shows in NYC... Unfortunately for personal reasons, Drummer Todd and Bassist Mary first left and then guitarist Gary stopped too... leaving the two founding members and songwriters, singer Andy & guitarist Mike to perservere, and complete their latest effort nonetheless...

Needless to say it was just impossible for them to stop, their motivation at the moment was (and still is) too huge.. PRIME EVIL had to be reborn & reconquer its rank!!!

Both worked very hard on new material which is absolutely mind-blowing - definitely THE BEST from PRIME EVIL to this day!

The new songs sound more complex, faster & sicker but do not betray the band's original style that could be described as a mix of savage thrash-metal with raging death-metal touches - brutal, heavy & furious!!! Three new songs ("Crucifixion Aftermath", "Barbarick Rites" and "Evilution Decree") will soon be released as a luxurious digipack CD-EP as well cassettes on INFERNÖ Records ! This new release entitled "Evilution" will be unleashed mid-July and we're confident this will take the world by storm!!!

The band has a rejuvenated line-up, and they are ready to conquer the globe...

BA 2012 announces its daily schedule, 4 new bands and Tickets information

Brutal Assault announces its daily program, see the „Schedule“ section for more information. More detailed running order will be announced in the next days (including the new third Budweiser Budvar club stage program).
To make the line-up complete we need to announce last 4 bands. Byelorussian doom/pagan metallers GODS TOWER, French Avant-Garde metal band SEBKHA-CHOTT and two Czech representatives: old-school death metal band BRUTALLY DECEASED and blackmetallers TROLLECH will also play the main stage this year.
It is highly recommended to buy the tickets in pre-sale since the attendance this year will be surely attacking the capacity of the festival’s area. You can still buy the BA-ticket at a reduced pre-sale price of 1550,- CZK ( + fees via Paypal) but remember that this edition is on sale till the ond of July only!

Unfortunately death metal veterans DEICIDE have cancelled their summer European Tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

For this reason BA festival announces Brazilian death metallers KRISIUN as a replacement.

Another newly confirmed acts are Britisth black metallers ANAAL NATHRAKH and South African metalcore band TRUTH AND ITS BURDEN.

Hell United zapowiada premierę nowego albumu!

Na 11 września 2012 r. death metalowcy z Hell United zapowiedzieli premierę najnowszego krążka, zatytułowanego Aura Damage. Za wydanie płyty odpowiada polska, coraz prężniej działająca firma Hellthrasher Productions.

Jak informuje zespół, album został zarejestrowany wiosną tego roku w dębickim Roslyn Studio pod okiem Krzysztofa Godyckiego w najsilniejszym, pierwotnym składzie z Dügym za bębnami i powracającym na etat gitarzysty Rzultym (Stillborn, ex-Deception). Aura Damage zawiera dziewięć morderczych, polanych nihilistyczną oniryką kompozycji, łączących w sobie nowe dla zespołu podejście do brutalności czarnego death metalu ze sprawdzonymi przez lata obskurnymi patentami znanymi z poprzednich płyt HornoKracy i Applause: JHVH Elohim Met. Zdaniem tych, którym do tej pory dane było poznać zawartość krążka, aktualne oblicze Hell United można opisać wiele mówiącym określeniem: Sadistic Intent spotyka Arkhon Infaustus! Szef Hellthrasher Productions, Bartek Kosiński tak komentuje podpisanie cyrografu z tarnowskim kwartetem: Zdecydowaliśmy się nawiązać współprace z zespołem, ponieważ Hell United to ogromny, nieokiełznany potencjał i pokłady piekielnej energii, nie w pełni wylane jeszcze na ten ziemski padół. Rozmowy nie należały do najłatwiejszych. Trochę to trwało, ale udało się nam przekonać ekipę do współpracy, z czego jesteśmy cholernie zadowoleni. Po wysłuchaniu pierwszych dźwięków Aura Damage jesteśmy pewni, że album sponiewiera nie tylko polskich fanów metalu . Wierzę, że płyta odbije się szerokim echem także poza granicami naszego pięknego kraju, w czym z pewnością pomoże limitowana wersja winylowa albumu, która ukaże się w pierwszej połowie 2013 roku.

Hell United powstał w 1997 r. - wówczas pod nazwą Eclypse - w składzie: Void - gitary, wokale, Rzulty - gitary, Bartollo - bas i Dügy - bębny. W 1999 r. zespół nagrał nigdy nie wydaną płytę The Human Abstract, z której dwa utwory w 2000 r. ujrzały światło dzienne jako demo Omen. Po zmianach składu, w 2004 r. formacja wydaje za sprawą Redrum666 zawierający zupełnie nowe utwory, znakomicie przyjęty przez fanów i prasę album Applause: JHVH Elohim Met. Kolejne lata, oprócz licznych koncertów przynoszą spore problemy personalne, a w efekcie reorganizację i zmianę nazwy na Hell United. Odrodzony z popiołów zespół pracuje nad nowym materiałem, skutkiem czego w 2007 r. w obiegu pojawia się demo Extra-Strenght of the Obscure (Gorification Musix), a rok później kolejny długograj HornoKracy (Lilith Prod.). Hell United promuje krążek m. in. podczas dwóch edycji trasy United Death Armageddon w 2008 i 2009 r. w kompanii MasseMord, Blaze Of Perdition czy Mord’A’Stigmata oraz rejestruje materiał na mini album, który ukazuje się w dwóch edycjach: kasetowej jako The Third Sigil of Destruction (Maltkross Prod., 2009) i płytowej pod tytułem Abhorrence Majesty (Butchered Rec., 2011). Pierwsza połowa 2012 r. upływa pod znakiem koncertów z m.in. Ulcerate, Furia i Intestinal oraz pracy nad Aura Damage.

They're back! They've rebounded from the bottom of hell itself to come back and play. INFERNAL DEATH -- a band which, together with VADER, IMPERATOR, ARMAGEDON or BETRAYER, created Polish death metal scene from scratch -- has finally produced their debut album.

The band, who date back to 1991, finally presents you the official product containing 10 brutal tracks very much related to the old school of death metal. The album is complemented with a bonus in the form of the band's demo from 1992 entitled "Twilight Tales."
